Simply Unique Ceremonies   ​​

As I am going to want to know a lot about you, I should probably tell you a bit about me.

My name is Susan Gaffey, but I prefer to be known as Sue. I live in Warwickshire, I am married and have one child and two dogs. 

We love taking them for long walks along the canal or through the woods! 

I am an independent qualified celebrant. I have always worked in a customer facing role, supporting people who need help with unfortunate circumstances in their lives. I supported them with information and advice which provided them with the tools and knowledge they needed to move forward with their life. 

The reason I chose to become a Celebrant, is that I love people and wanted to hear their stories, about how couples met and fell in love. The love of a couple who have been together for many years and want to renew their vows to celebrate their journey. The life story of a loved one who's life you want to celebrate.

Whatever the occasion , I want to hear about it and of course to help, organise and perform your ceremony! 

In my spare time, ( I cant remember when that was) I write children's stories. I have written stories for pre school children and more adventure type stories for junior school aged children.  

I also taught basic British Sign language many years ago, but unfortunately, through little or no use of my BSL, I am very rusty!
